Also known as a “Pluot,” the Plumcot is an Apricot-Plum hybrid variety created by Luther Burbank. The fruit’s flavor is more similar to that of a Plum than an Apricot, with intense flavor and a very juicy pulp. Plumcot fruit is not only delicious, but also a rich source of Vitamin A.
